KATIE HENDERSON, BSC, registered dietitian
Katie is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about empowering her patients to learn how to fuel their unique body and its needs. Diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 16, cooking and experimenting with food became a passion. She learned how to create simple, nutritious meals and loves teaching others how food can help them feel their best. Ensuring our meals stay simple yet delicious is one of Katie’s favorite niches to focus on.
Outside of work you will find her training for trail runs or half marathons, cooking and baking up a storm, and making up any excuse to host a party and try out a few new recipes!
